ZAYDR is owned and operated by Wideband LLC, a private limited liability company. Wideband LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through the App.
We collect and store: your username, a hashed passcode, recovery pattern (hashed), your debrief entries (morning/evening text, checklists, nutrition data, timestamps), settings, and usage data necessary to operate the App. Photos used for macro estimation and task list extraction are sent to OpenAI only and are not stored in our database. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used solely to provide the ZAYDR service: storing and syncing your debriefs, displaying insights, enabling features like accountability partners (aggregated stats only), push notifications, and AI features (Agent Trace, task suggestions). We use industry-standard practices to protect your data.
You may export all of your data at any time from Settings. A full JSON export and an HTML memory capsule are available with one click. Instructions are in the App. We do not lock you in.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and data, contact us. Upon service discontinuation, we will provide advance notice when practicable and a final export window when possible.
We use Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI for AI features (Agent Trace, task suggestions, transcription, TTS, macro estimation, and task list extraction from photos). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data for marketing purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures. No system is completely secure. You use the App at your own risk. We are not liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or data loss.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review it periodically.
