ZAYDR ("the App") is owned and operated by Wideband LLC, a private limited liability company. The App is not a public service. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Wideband LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume all risk of using the App. Wideband LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other harm.
Your data belongs to you. You may export all of your data at any time via the Export feature in Settings (full JSON export and HTML memory capsule). Instructions are available in the App. We do not sell your data. We do not hold your data hostage. By using the App, you acknowledge that we store your data to provide the service and that you are responsible for backing up your data if desired.
Wideband LLC may discontinue, suspend, or terminate the App at any time, with or without notice. The App is not guaranteed to exist indefinitely. You agree that Wideband LLC is not obligated to maintain the service and that you will not hold Wideband LLC liable for any discontinuation.
Wideband LLC reserves the right to suspend, ban, or remove any user or account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to abuse, violation of these terms, harassment, misuse of the service, or conduct deemed harmful to other users or the App. There is no appeal process. Banned users forfeit access to the App and their account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use the App to harass, abuse, spam, or harm others. You will not attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape data, or use automated means to access the service except as explicitly permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wideband LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and export your data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
